Ordered 6 boxes of photocopy paper and several of the paper boxes were badly damaged, crushed and torn open. It appears that some of the boxes had been taped back together before or during shipment. Paper was exposed and sheets bent, torn or no longer in proper condition for use. They acknowledged the problem and agreed to replace damaged paper but have since failed to follow through or respond. No way to reach them by phone either. Buyer beware.
Amazing Quality paper. Very bright, and good price. fast shipping. would do business again
